These terms govern your use of the LS Akbar platform. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any wager. By registering, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

LS Akbar reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If satisfactory proof cannot be provided, access to the account and any associated balance may be suspended pending verification. Winnings accrued prior to age verification being completed may be withheld until verification is satisfactory.

Each player may hold only one LS Akbar account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is a breach of these terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts involved will be closed. Any pending withdrawals or bonus balances on duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. LS Akbar is not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate registration details provided by the player.
Your account username and password are your responsibility. You must not share your login details with any other person. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify LS Akbar support immediately. LS Akbar is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has not taken reasonable steps to secure their credentials.
Account registration is free. LS Akbar does not charge a fee for creating an account, and no purchase is required to browse the platform.
All deposits on LS Akbar are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards, credit cards, and mobile wallets as made available from time to time on the platform.
Minimum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are credited to your account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. LS Akbar is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or banking systems outside of our control.
You may only deposit funds from a payment method in your own name. Third-party deposits — where funds are sent by another person on your behalf — are not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating payment source.
LS Akbar does not accept deposits made with funds that are the proceeds of any unlawful activity. By depositing, you confirm that the funds you are using are from a legitimate source.
Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. Where this is not possible, withdrawals will be processed via an alternative verified method associated with your account.
Before any withdrawal is processed, LS Akbar may request identity verification documents. This is standard practice and is required before first withdrawal in most cases. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your CNIC, proof of payment method ownership, or proof of address.
Withdrawal processing times vary. Standard processing takes up to 72 hours. VIP members at Platinum and Diamond tiers benefit from priority processing, with Diamond tier members receiving same-day processing for mobile wallet withdrawals where conditions are met.
Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in your account. Withdrawal requests that do not meet the minimum threshold will not be processed until the minimum is reached.
Bonus funds must meet applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Withdrawing before wagering requirements are met will result in the forfeiture of any remaining bonus balance.
LS Akbar offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page, in addition to these general terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general terms, the promotion-specific term applies to that offer.

All bets placed on the LS Akbar sports betting section are subject to the rules applicable to each sport and market. Cricket betting — including PSL, T20 internationals, and bilateral series — follows standard market rules as displayed alongside each bet type at the time of placement.
Bets are final once confirmed. LS Akbar does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after confirmation, except where a specific market rule or a clear pricing error applies. In the case of a manifest error in odds, LS Akbar reserves the right to void bets placed at the incorrect price.
For slots, bingo, and live casino games, the rules of each individual game apply. These are accessible from within the game interface. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) where applicable, and by live dealers in the live casino section.
LS Akbar reserves the right to suspend or void any bet or game round where technical failure, suspected fraud, or a rule breach is identified. Any winnings generated through a technical error will not be paid.
Maximum bet and maximum payout limits apply. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting market. LS Akbar may apply individual player-level betting limits at its discretion without prior notice.
The LS Akbar VIP programme operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Progression through tiers is based on real-money wagering activity across all eligible sections of the platform within a rolling period.
VIP benefits — including weekly cashback percentages, withdrawal limits, and access to dedicated support — are as described on the VIP page and may be updated from time to time. Updated benefits apply from the date of change.
Cashback is credited to accounts in PKR every Monday, covering the previous seven days of eligible play. Cashback credits carry a wagering requirement of 1x to 2x as stated in the VIP tier summary. Cashback that is not claimed or used within the stated period will expire.
LS Akbar reserves the right to adjust a player's VIP tier downward if activity falls below the threshold required to maintain that tier, in accordance with the tier maintenance rules described on the VIP page. Tier adjustments are communicated to affected players in advance where possible.

Players must use LS Akbar in good faith and for legitimate entertainment purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or permanent closure:
LS Akbar monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, multi-accounting, and other prohibited conduct. Accounts identified as engaging in prohibited activity will be reviewed, and appropriate action will be taken including forfeiture of balances where applicable.
LS Akbar reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion where it reasonably believes that a player has breached these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or presents a risk to the integrity of the platform.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified and given a reasonable opportunity to respond. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account will be reinstated and any withheld balance will be returned.
Where an account is closed due to confirmed breach, any bonus balance will be forfeited. Real-money balance may be returned to the originating payment source at LS Akbar's discretion after deducting any amounts associated with the breach.
Players may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any outstanding real-money balance (subject to having met withdrawal conditions) will be returned via your registered payment method.
LS Akbar provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain high uptime and platform reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or events beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability.
LS Akbar's liability to any player is limited to the real-money balance held in that player's account at the time a valid claim arises. LS Akbar is not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative losses of any kind.
LS Akbar is not responsible for any loss arising from a player's failure to secure their account credentials, from betting or gaming decisions made by the player, or from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
LS Akbar may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, registered players will be notified by email or by an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the notified effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
